SUBJECT:
Becasue of the 800th
birthday anniversary of Hz. Mevlâna, who is
the one of the biggest philosopher of the
world. We want to bring out all
documenterial photographes and to make a
comprehensive archives.
PURPOSE
OF COMPETITION:
Human beings always
needed and believed to a power to trust and
felt themselves in confidence under that
power. In history, fire, water, sun,
mountains, totems gave to people a spiritual
support. Today, communities are still
looking for trust under different believings.
We want to see different and colorful views
of these differences. In 2007, because of
the accepting of UNESCO as the "Year of
Mevlâna", from the sentence of big
philosopher Mevlâna, which he told the
tolarate,
"Come,
come again, whoever you are, come!
Heathen,
fire worshipper or idolatrous, come!
Come
even if you broke your penitence a hundred
times,
Ours is
the portal of hope, come as you are."
we want
to collect different traditions of all
believings in the world with all details;
temples, curches, mosques, totems,
religional symbols, patterns, religional
ceremonies, religional festivals, traditions,
praying forms, religional vows, religion
men, prayings, religional musics, dances...
Everything belong to religion… Because of
the photographes you will send to
competition will be documentarial works,
there will not be digital works on them and
we don't want any changings or manuplations
on photographes. |
